1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our services provided by Elite DPF Cleaning (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking or using our services, you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We specialise in Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) cleaning, diagnostics, and related vehicle maintenance services.

  • Service availability is subject to appointment and confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe, unfit, or unsuitable for DPF cleaning.

  • We may recommend additional work or repairs if required for safe operation of your vehicle.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Failure to cancel within this period may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Prices & Payments

  • All prices will be confirmed before work commences.

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or approved payment methods.

  • Invoices are available upon request.

5. Warranty & Limitations

  • Our DPF cleaning service is provided with reasonable care and skill.

  • We do not guarantee that cleaning will permanently resolve all DPF or engine-related issues.

  • Blockages may reoccur due to driving style, vehicle condition, or underlying mechanical faults.

  • Warranty does not cover subsequent blockages caused by poor maintenance, oil contamination, faulty sensors, or injector issues.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer must:

  • Provide accurate information about the vehicle and its history.

  • Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and safe prior to service.

  • Remove all personal belongings before handing over the vehicle.

  • Authorise us to carry out agreed work on the vehicle.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, defects, or future vehicle failures unrelated to the DPF cleaning.

  • Customers are advised to follow recommended maintenance to avoid repeat issues.

8. GDPR & Data Protection

We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Personal data (name, address, contact details, vehicle details) will be collected solely for service and invoicing purposes.

  • We will not sell or share your data without consent, except as required by law.

9. Complaints & Disputes

  • Any complaints must be raised in writing within 14 days of service completion.

  • We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

  • If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be referred to mediation or a relevant UK consumer protection authority.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
